Remove the two screws from at the top of the shround around the
cluster. |
Pull the shroud off of the cluster. |
Remove the two screws holding the cluster in. |
Unplug the the plug going onto the back of the cluster. A flathead screwdriver will help with this. |

Place the cluster on a
flat surface and remove
the needles with the
needle tool provided. |
Turn the cluster over and remove the six screws holding the back casing on. |
Remove the back casing
and board and cut all
the tabs that are holding the chrome rings onto
the back of the cluster and remove the rings. |
Remove the old face and place the new face on the cluster. Also place the rings back on the cluster over
the new face. |

Use hot glue to secure
the tabs that were
removed from the rings to take them off. |
Take the cluster and the needles back to the car
and plug in the cluster. Make sure to leave the
key in and turned off. |
Place all the needles at the low mark, Example: Empty, 0 etc… Do not
push down all the way. |
Unplug and remove the cluster again and use the needle removal tool as a height guide to push the needles down to the proper height |

| Plug the cluster back in with the key off and if the needles all go to the low mark, remove and install the lens back on and install in vehicle. |
If the needles are incorrect, remove the needle that is wrong and redo the steps for just that needle. |
