The tail lights are GM licensed 55 Chevy tail light reproductions set into a high quality fiberglass body extension. The kit comes ready to paint or can be ordered painted to your HHR color code. You will be amazed at the quality of the finished product. Light bulbs are already in place and if they ever need to be replaced, it is done from the outside, just like the 55 Chevy. Both sides can be installed in about 30 minutes with this plug and play installation. Simply remove the original equipment round lights and place the tail light housing over the openings. The supplied wiring harness plugs into the original equipment bulb wiring. The housing is held in place with the supplied hardware through the body openings for the original tail lights.
